Shipping Information
Sweet Petula is happy to offer simple flat rate shipping for $6.95 on all your orders! All products are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping is sent 3 - 4 day Ground. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Overnight shipping is available on orders placed over the phone before 4pm PST. Signatures are not required for our packages and we are not responsible for lost packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your Sweet Petula purchase in any way, please let us know as soon as possible and we will take care of the issue. We like to leave the human element in our return/exchange policy and believe each situation is different. Please contact us as soon as possible to correct any issues.

Coupons and Discount Codes
If you are lucky enough to have a coupon or special discount code (Sign up for the newsletter and you will receive them!) simply add the product to the shopping cart. Then when you go to checkout, enter in your coupon code on the Google Checkout page and the discount will be applied to the total.
